Every conversation, on the record.
Without handing it over.
Record, transcribe, and summarise your meetings — every name, number and credential is stripped out before a word reaches an AI model. See exactly what was masked, conversation by conversation.

AI that listens.
Privacy that leads.
Amaya joins your calls, removes what shouldn't be shared, and delivers clarity you can act on.
- Real-time transcription
- Smart summarisation
- Automatic action items
- Search across every call
- Anita to confirm procurement sign-off — by Friday
- Kishore to hold the 15th with the vendor
- Deepa to circulate the revised budget
One engine.
Two products.
Built for different rooms.
The recording, masking, security and audit layers are identical. What differs is the vocabulary, the roles it recognises, and where your data lives.
Amaya
For business teams
Sales calls, standups, client reviews, interviews, vendor negotiations. Amaya labels who spoke, extracts the decisions, and makes months of meetings searchable.
- Speaker labels from the platform's own roster
- Action items with owners
- Metadata extracted: client, deal, project
- Quality audit against your checklist
Amaya Legal
For advocates and law firms
Lawyer–client consultations, in chamber or over a call. It separates advocate from client, records the facts as narrated, and writes the file note.
- Advocate / Client / Third Party roles
- Matter details: dispute type, parties
- Statutes & sections preserved
- AI-processed in India, enforced
Three steps, and you never write up a meeting again
Paste a link, connect a calendar, or hit record in the room. Everything after that is automatic.
It joins, or you record
Send the notetaker to a Meet, Teams or Zoom call, connect your calendar, or record in person from the mobile app.
Sensitive data comes out
Before the transcript goes near a model, names, emails, phone numbers, Aadhaar and PAN numbers are replaced with placeholders.
You get the outcome
A summary, the decisions with owners, structured metadata, and a searchable record. Real names are restored in what you read.
Everything below is in both editions
The difference between editions is domain knowledge and data residency. The platform underneath is the same.
Transcripts that name people
Speaker turns labelled with who actually spoke, from the meeting platform's roster.
Decisions and owners
Action items with a name against each, drawn from what was actually agreed.
Ask across everything
A question in plain English, answered only from your own recordings, citing what it used.
Your own vocabulary
Upload product names, client names, or internal jargon. The transcript stops mangling your words.
Quality audit
Score every conversation against a checklist you define. No more listening back at 2×.
Web and mobile
Record in the room from Android, review on the web. One account, one subscription.
Most tools ask you to trust them.
Amaya shows you.
Every AI vendor says it protects your data. Amaya gives you a page where you read, conversation by conversation, exactly what was hidden.
The answer to "what did you send to the AI?"
When a client's compliance team asks — and they will — you open a page instead of drafting a paragraph. Every conversation where something sensitive came up, what kind it was, and whether the call was allowed or refused.
- Names, emails, phones masked before any model call
- Real values restored in what you read
- Nothing you record is used to train any model

Questions people actually ask
Which edition should I pick?
If you are an advocate or a law firm recording consultations, pick Amaya Legal. For anything else — sales, support, interviews, internal meetings — pick Amaya. You choose at signup.
Does the AI provider see our data?
It sees the conversation with the sensitive parts replaced. Names, emails, phone numbers become placeholders before the call is made. Passwords and API keys are refused outright. The Security Log shows you this per meeting.
Do you train models on our recordings?
No. Amaya runs on Google Vertex AI under enterprise terms, where customer content is not used to train Google's models, and we train no model of our own on your data.
Can another organisation see our recordings?
No. Every read is scoped to your organisation before anything else is checked, and that applies to every role including the highest one. Departments are a second boundary.
Which languages does it handle?
English and the major Indian languages, including code-switched Hinglish. Transcripts are delivered in English.
Do we need to install anything?
No. The notetaker joins as a participant in Meet, Teams or Zoom — nothing to install and no browser extension. There is an Android app for in-room recording.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscriptions are bought on the web and cover your whole organisation, including everyone signed in on mobile.
